Welcome to the new website

As you can see, PlantingEmpowerment.com recently got a facelift.

Last year our website vendor Squarespace rolled out a new version of their platform, with a lot of slick features that enable publishers, small business owners to manage their websites in an integrated way. Since we were using the previous version, we were missing out on some of the new features that came along with the updated platform.

Most notably, you'll notice that the website is now responsive, meaning the pages fit your phones and tablets better, with less pinching and dragging. There's also easier gallery management, seen on the tropical woods page, and better social sharing integration (go ahead, try it). 

While this version of the site is substantially improved, we're still better at sustainable forestry and community development than we are at building websites. So browse around, and let us know how we can improve the experience.
